CONFIDENTIALITY & PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
(For SPXGODFATHER, Inc. Group Members — Hosted by Rolf Haag)
This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Rolf Haag (“Host”) and the individual named (“Participant”) regarding participation in Rolf’s private SPXGODFATHER, Inc.trading group, including but not limited to live Zoom sessions, shared workspaces, proprietary strategy discussions, and related materials (“Group”).
1. Non-Disclosure & Use of Proprietary Material
All content, strategies, workspaces, and language shared within the Group are proprietary intellectual property (“IP”) of the Host. This includes but is not limited to named strategies, indicators, processes, screen layouts, and any terminology used to describe trading logic.
The Participant agrees not to share, copy, publish, distribute, remix, or repurpose any of this IP—whether in private, public, or online platforms—without express written permission from the Host.
Workspace files or tools shared by the Host are for educational and technical review purposes only. They are not to be modified, commercialized, or distributed outside the Group.
2. Indemnity
The Participant agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Host from any legal claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from:
Sharing or altering Rolf’s methods or materials.
Misusing or misrepresenting the Host’s strategies in other groups or platforms.
Attempting to commercialize content learned from the Group.
3. Group Conduct & Communication
The Participant agrees to follow the structure and process as laid out by the Host. If clarification is needed, questions must be directed to the Host.
Discussions about third-party platforms, tools, or external strategies are not permitted unless the Host has reviewed and explicitly approved them.
Creating spin-off groups, channels, or forums based on this Group’s strategies or structure is strictly prohibited and considered a violation of this Agreement.
4. Legal Disclaimer
The Host is not a licensed financial advisor. The Group is strictly educational and observational. The Host may discuss his own trades and strategies as a technician and pattern-based trader.
No trade recommendations, investment advice, or financial guarantees are being provided.
The Participant understands that any trading decisions are made independently and at their own risk.
5. Termination
Violation of this Agreement may result in immediate removal from the Group, with no refund or continued access.
The Host reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for any breach, including injunction and damages.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the [Michigan, USA], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Through comprehensive instruction and support, members are empowered to make informed trading decisions independently.
